Re: Official NS50F thread
I'd put my money on those being MB5 forks. The stem tube of the ns50 will accept many dirt bike forks, includiing the cr80, ysr and kx. I personally don't think the MB5 forks are an upgrade at all... and theyre difficult to find for a good price. Definitely slap some cone bearings in there with what...

Re: Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50?
if you were buying from a shop, that'd be a good price. assuming everything is inspected, adjusted and new/good as new. private seller? I'd probably ask for 2500 and settle for $1800 if I were selling. so question: Anyone put an HPI on the ns50f? hpi doesn't provide a listing for the AC08. Would an ...

Re: Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50?
awesome, thanks for the link to the plugs That radiator though! Make a nice little grate to cover it up, a black painted screen (such as a gutter one) from a hardware store wont restrict airflow, will be clean and crisp to follow the rest of the bike and it'll add protection to the radiator fins i'm...

Re: Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50?
hey thanks, I'll look into that! I finally picked up a Daytona kit, as cbr250r radiator, ebc clutches and springs, posh cdi, vforce reeds and moose spacer, and a proma pipe to make my own side bleed (with adjustable rear bleed). going to keep my 20mm mikuni it's hot as * in TX right now, so it seems...

Re: Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50?
Wish there would be someway for me to convince you to loan your spare bike to Devin. When I spoke with him, he would only need the bike for a week or less
might as well drop it off with him while you move :p less for you to cart around

Re: Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50?
ah, the shinko 244. theyre knobbies. they have a thick side wall and excellent wet/dry traction. surprisingly sticky. I ride every day in 100+ texan heat on some pretty awful roads. deflate them if youre going offroading. I HATED the gazelles on my ns50f. I've had them on a bunch of ~40mph mopeds, b...

Re: Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50?
Yeah its a strong pipe. The other tenco i have, I sprayed it with some ceramic bbq paint and wrapped it. As "quiet" as a stock pipe now
