Went to try and adjust the fuel mixture screw till I felt it sounded better on the stand then attempted a ride. It fell on its face and wouldn't Rev up. Returned the air screw back, and no better. Now it doesn't want to start without throttle or stay running. It even backfired while kicking. I blew ...

I felt a like it bogged at lower rpm. But I will check again and listen for possible hanging idle or anything else. I will definitely adjust the air screw before anything else.

After a few heat cycles I finally took it out for a short ride around not taking it above 1/2 throttle. With a couple of pretty steep hills only saw 306 on the cht max. With the temps so low should I down jet, or continue as is since I hadn't been using WOT? Thanks

Good deal. I have knocked out the second tab is the airbox, and a filter bought off here. 92 is the biggest jet I have, so I will make sure to change the needle and keep an eye on temps. Haven't ridden it yet as I have been busy.

Well I got the 72cc, springs and jet installed. It kicked over no problem. I only let it run for 5 seconds as I am waiting for a cht before heat cycling.
