Re: How old is everyone?

Yeah I definitely am happy to have found scooters. My dad had a couple scooters that I used to ride. They were old Cushman Eagle scooters. That's the first scooter I ever rode. But I look at those as something I wouldn't want to ride on a daily basis because they are so old and mint. My spree that I...

Re: My 1985 Honda Spree I found in a barn

Good find, I found my spree in a barn too, it had sat for 25 years under a cover untouched, besides some rust and massive stinkbug nest it was amazing. Good luck with it, and hope you have fun. :D Thanks man, ill definitely have fun. I never would have thought I would enjoy riding a scooter so much.

It was in pieces and missing some parts but I was able to clean it up and get it running. I am going to complete it and fix that awful looking seat with a new cover. I ser...

Re: How old is everyone?

28! Got my first scooter ever about a month ago. A 1985 Honda spree. I've always heard the old saying "Sleeping with a fat girl is like riding a moped, it's all fun until your friends see ya." Nah they are fun all the time! I've owned several quads, dirtbikes, and go carts but this old 85 ...

Purchasing a new bystarter

I'm looking into purchasing a new bystarter for my 1985 Spree. I looked online and they range from around $13 to $90. Alright, do the cheap ones actually work or are they just crap made Chinese junk? Honest answers only please.

Re: Honda Spree won't start after riding

Update: I went out and took out the bystarter and found that it actually came apart and was stuck down in there. I removed it and am going to look online to find a new one. Everything else seem to check out fine. Thanks for the help guys!

Thank you Motor Mike. I'll look into that tonight. I know my petcock, and air filter are fine. I'm going to check into that float though for sure. Thank you very much

Hi, I am brand new to this forum and new to riding Honda Spree. I Recently dug a 85 Honda sprees out of a barn that I was cleaning and the owner gave it to me. I took it home and cleaned it up and got it running. It starts right up when I want to take a cruise. After riding it around my neighborhood...
