Well I'm up and running, made new indicator mounts so they fit round the exhaust, mounts are on and it sits on its own wheels, but think the oil pump is chucking too much oil in as its smoking way out of control, so going to try it on premix http://i569.photobucket.com/albums/ss140/bobspeed_album/67...

Cheers, the wheel quite easy to do, but I don't know how it's going to stand up on the road with hardtail? The centre of these wheels are so soft it may bend? There cool bikes, and flying up in value, Iv just picked up an Oval frame mk2 black burner, and bought 2 raleigh record sprints, I sold my raleigh banana last year :-(

Ha ha, hey guys, no it's still in my shed, I got it running to try the exhaust, and the gasket was blowing like *, then with Christmas coming, our * cold wet weather over here, then my little one turned one, and my shed has practically turned in to a recycling centre plus Iv bought couple old Raleig...

Ooh there's a difference in forks, your best bet is strip the forks to bits to see how they work, and where you can modify them, think there the same as the ones on my 125 lead? I haven had chance to look at mine to help you fella

Well my exhaust fits a treat, took me ages to find out why it had lost its spark, then twigged there no rear shock on it yet, so it wasn't earthing, connected the earth cable and fired straight up! Cheers mate, room is my issue, with the carb and filter, I do t have room to adapt a race pipe, il see how bad it is as standard, then go from there, don't know how my heavy wheel will effect a little 50?
