Puegeot ST parts on an Aero 50
Will a Puegeot ST50 Variator fit a Honda Aero 50?
I'm in the UK and parts are limited, however I can get a performance ST50 Variator with weights quite easily.

Hi Guys, So I noticed last night that if I turn my steering full lock, I can then force the handle bars a bit further round (can be done both to the left and to the right) Figure the bars just need to be tightened... now I havn't ever pull or tinkered with that area of my Aero... Honda Aero starter motor help

Started her this morning on the starter, no problems, rode her a few miles, left her for the day outside work. When to start her later and the starter was dead... battery was grand, horn, brakes lights etc all...

Re: Flat Seat
On an aero the seat doesn't dip down so much, I thought a flat piece of wood, slight bend, bit of foam and then cover.
Here is a photo of just a flat piece of thin wood sat across the tank.

Re: Variator Weights
Ah, see its a UK version, actually a honda vision x as we call it, still an nb50.
Think in the UK they has 7.5g weights... so say for example 9g weights, they would give slower take off but more top end?

Variator Weights
My Variator weights have flat spots which I am assuming is hindering my top speed (stock Aero 50 with restrictor plate removed)
What weight do folk recommend replacing them with?

Variator nut size Aero 50
Hi guys,
What is the variator nut size on a Honda aero 50 (1986), the one that goes on the end of the crank, that holds on the starter driven gear etc?
Also anything specific about it, fine thread or anything like that?
Thanks

Aero 50 Piston Rings
Hi guys,
A bit heavy handed last night and broke a piston ring... it was an original one on an original piston... I have ordered some new ones...
Anyway my question is, is there a locating pin on the stock piston for the rings? or can they sit anywhere?
