Re: sa50 heated grips ?

So IÔÇÖm back to this the kimpex elements turned out to be and junk and the solder joints broke after about five minutes of riding.

But today I installed some heat demon elements and they work great I rode around for about 20 minutes with no problem so we will see if the stator can keep up.

Has any one else had clearance problems with an arrow pipe. The pipe touches my cooling fan shroud.

Re: Excessive oil in top end?

Do you guys think it is necessary to remove the top end couldn't you just remove the oil pump and flush the bottom end with pre mixed fuel and just dump it right back out the oil pump hole ?

Re: Spree has spark, compression, and gas. Still won't start

I meant crank seals that are not sealing. With your variator off can you move the crank shaft up and down at all there should zero play in the crank bearings

A pluged exhaust pipe maybe? But I think your bottom end isn't sealing

Re: Spree has spark, compression, and gas. Still won't start

I'd also check that your crankshaft seals are sealing if they are leaking really bad the engine can try to start but won't run because there is no crankcase pressure, pull the kicker cover and variator off and look for oil around the seal. Also check the mag side seal if you have a flywheel puller.
