Did anyone ever figure out what would be needed for starter set up on a this set up...
I have an SB50p with a bad crank and I'm either gonna swap to used stock crank or try to do this swap.

Or maybe someone has a complete AF16 or AF18 for sale cheap? if that is the case I'd have a cylinder, piston, carb, intake, and pipe for a SB50P for sale.

You can buy an gy6 clutch and bell and have an larger clutch surace and tune it with a large and more assisted group of springs and weights. Not sure I want to get into all of that... I found a good clutch, and pulled the springs out of that, put in to my clutch, drilled equal size and located hole...

Well I finally got to work on the SB50P! Got the BBK, carb, and the mlk side bleed pipe installed, just a couple heat cycles through it so far, need to get a different set of springs for the clutch engagement shoes, unless someone has another way to raise the clutch engagement RPM a bit. Don't reall...

I apologize Motormike, i was thinking it felt more mechanical... but i pulled the plug first... oil injection bled down and lets just say that there isn't any rust issues in the motor our directly in line with the spark plug hole! Kicks over beautifully and the starter spins it over good too.... th...

So as I sometimes do, have bought this thing, started acquiring parts, but am thinking I'll do something else... I have my SB50P project for this winter and for my pit ripper, So I am thinking I'll part this out, and re-sell all the parts I just bought for it... want to fire the motor on the banana ...
