Best Perfomance mods for stock setup
I have a 94 elite SA50. I drive it daily to the gym and grocery store. I put the polini variator in and belt and am about 38-41 MPH. Id like to mod it but I dont want to sacrifice the reliability of the bike. What would be the best way to go?

What is the ideal variator setup for elite SA50
I weight 180lbs. I have an SA50 elite 1994. I bought a polini variator and belt and am using the heavier weights that came with the polini. Im toping out at 42mph but have lost some low end pickup. Re: To upjet or not to upjet?
you dont need to mess with jetting until you change either of the following bore, carb/filter, exhaust anytime you add more air, you need to upjet. Thanks, I will be ordering some stuff soon. right now I am running stock everything except the variator and belt I got from you. Would it make sense to...

To upjet or not to upjet?
My 94 elite sa50 is going about 46mph now. I added a polini belt and a polini variator. I want to eventually get a bbk, but for now I was wondering if I should upjet from the stock jet. If so to what size. When I had my SE50 i was told to upjet after exhaust upgrade. This SA50 has a stock exhaust, b...

I guess I need a new cover. Update I think it was because I replaced the variator with a polini and the center cylinder pie...

Need a new tire I think
1994 SA50. I am restoring a bike and put it all together and took it for a ride. I noticed that the rear tire had a wobble or bounce in it. The rim was fine but the tire bead was further away from the rim in one spot and it caused the bouncing. This could be because it was over filled. I took the ti...

Re: Are there any guides to changing the throttle cable on S
The new cable comes from Honda complete. It will replace the old one from the handlebars to the motor. You do not have to take apart the little cylinder where 1 goes into 2 cables. The correct Honda part number is 17920-GS7-325 this is the one I ordered off ebay and I thought it was the correct one...

Are there any guides to changing the throttle cable on SA50?
I ordered a new one and I can see that the cable goes into a little cylynder that then goes to the carb and the oil pump. I dont see how to take it apart, I will keep googling and researching but if someone has a guide or video it would be appreciated.
