Greetings: Welcome! The excessive smoke and poor performance suggest you may have a leaky oil pump. They ALL seem to leak, eventually, but perhaps to varying degrees. Are the symptoms proportionate to the duration of time since last startup? A leaky fuel valve AND float valve could contribute too. ...
