I bought an 85 Aero 50 for a project and I've had a blast so far. I've rebuilt and/or cleaned everything I could find and learn about online and in the service manual. It runs great (speedo maxes out at the 40mph limit on flat ground) but, there is a gas "dribble" coming out of the carbure...

Thank you all. With a little time and patience, I finally got it started. Disconnected a lot of wires and reconnected them. Something clicked

Did you buy a WET battery ?
Have you added the acid ?
All batteries must be charged initially after adding the acid.
