Just picked up a 89 elite e, PO said needs belt, got home pulled cover and belt as in place and looked good. Using carb or brake clean, that orifice is so small it does not seam to penetrate. The aerosol being a solvent just wants to dehydrate, and not cutt the tarter clogging hole, unless soaked for days on end in liquid cleaner. I have had problem with fouled plugs, cheaking spark they fire a yellowish,
replacing with new, spark more blueish and able to start.

May not be your problem just something i have ran into.
80 psi is on low side but shoud run.

With out pedal you set heat off machine, like with arc welding for different thicknesses, pedal makes nice for start and stop also for variable temp (rheostat) with bottle, torch, and adjustable arc welder tig welding can be done nicely, not meaning welder with plug in settings.
