Re: Naraku Big Valve manifold V.2 queston
Well I got the intake in and put on a spare stock size carb that was the throat mount instead of a flange mount style. The performance gain is very noticable and im still working with the tuning and struggling with the fact it has a straigh pipe with a muffler untill I can find a pipe that fits a 83...

Honda aero 80 stock muffler.
Hey guys does anyone have any experience with the stock muffler on a 83 aero 80.
I was riding yesterday and hit a pothole and wnded up snapping the header pipe to my muffler in half.
Is it worth the time to fix the stock muffler or modify a aftermarket pipe onto the block.

Re: 83 aero 80 transmission options?
Well, the block has a broken exhaust stud.
So, I'm putting a new top end with a honda cr80 wiseco 48mm forged piston.
So, that gives me a good idea at the parts list ill need.
So, add some rollers and jets to my bill and I'll have to look into the reeds.

What are my options for the variator and the clutch? I can rebuild if I have to, but I'm not sure if there are any transmission parts out the...

Hey guys anyone here ever tried boring over a factory or one of the aftermarket cylenders to 48mm? Re: Question on Spree brakes
I'm going to grease my cables and see what happens. I'm going to probably replace the return spring in the rear and start looking for a set of forks. I would like to do a hydraulic front brake at the very least and fabbing the triple tree or integrating it into the existing setup doesn't look too co...
