Re: Custom Wheels
You could always buy some Japan alloy wheels. They’re 4x110? Bolt pattern and a ruckus/zoomer rear hub bolts to them and for front i use the elite 150 front hub. Same bolt pattern. But it has 105mm diameter drum brake. For upgraded stopping power.

Re: 85 Gyro S carburetor issue
If I remember correctly. The axle just bolts into a bearing that’s pressed into case. Here’s am 85 piece and it’s cheaper. I’ve had a few gyros down to bare cases. That side cover just bolts onto the engine cases. You have to remove that cover to get the cooling fan off. And remove the flywheel and ...

Re: 85 Gyro S carburetor issue
Left rear wheel is the coaster side. What was your issue? I have some spare parts and will help you any way I can. I owe you for those parts that helped me out a couple years ago. 😉 Exact problem not yet diagnosed. Noticed the wheel showing some wobble. Wheel is bolted securely to the brake drum, b...

Re: Honda Lead NH50
I would get a complete gy6 racing pulley with vented clutch bell off fleabay. It’s the zx diameter pulley with different groove choices a red contra spring new clutch with red clutch springs and a vented clutch bell. Easiest and best and cheapest option in my opinion. When you get it. Take it apart ...

Re: 1984 Gen 1 Aero Build
Parts list I used a Malossi Gyro cylinder for the Japanese TG50 spec engine. Based on this Treatland review, it is the same stroke as the Gen 1 Aero: https://www.treatland.tv/malossi-70cc-47mm-cylinder-for-honda-GYRO-TG50-and-p/malossi-gyro-kit-31-6170.htm "ports look like af01 ports. which is...

Re: AF05e with AF16 crank ?
Its probably an af16e or af18e with an af05e rear trans cover... i think this is the correct answer to what engine is in this guys scooter. looking at that last pic he poste, 2 thingsverified that its for sure not a spree af05. 1, it has a 4 bolt reed block intake, spree engine only has a 2 bolt. 2...

Re: Honda Lead NH50
I’m sure there Is it but I think it’s kinda fixed. I don’t know how you would adjust? Your stator is bolted down centered around the flywheel shaft. I’ve used an offset woodruff key to adjust base timing. But the crankshaft flywheel and stator are all self centered by bearings and cases.

Re: Honda Lead NH50
I have never seen a lead in person but I have learned a fair amount about them in my searching for 83-84 ab07 aero performance. For the engine mount. Search what others have done to put a dio in a first Gen aero. I actually modified a set of ab07 cases so I could port match a lead af01 big bore on i...
