After further inspection definitely seems like the wheel is warped. I bought a used wheel off ebay hopefully that one is straight. Is a warped wheel a common problem?

First Spree - the Front wheel is wobbling and seems off center suggestions?
I just bought a 1986 Spree and it seems to run great, the breaks squeak so might need new pads or to be cleaned. The only issue (so far) is that the front wheel wobbles a bit and when i look closely it appears to be off center. It seems to have a large spacer on one side not sure if this is the issu...
