Some one have some information PLEASE,, So i have been trying to reline and rebuild a couple clutches i have for a couple stock honda sprees i have.. I had a clutch rebuilt by JW and when they regreased the bearing he put so much grease in it once i rode it grease slung all over the new clutch pads ...

Update , Figured i would wright this real quick in hopes that it helps someone ,and or saves them the pain i went through. So long story short it turned out that one of the cylinders that i replaced was worn out, it was that one thing i didn't think twice about untill i had done everything possible ...

i have not figured out the rattle yet it got to cold up here to ride it so im going to wait untill spring and get back into it i will keep you posted on what i find.. Please let me know if you find anything on yours,, all the info i can find the better..

Ok So after some Crazy busy weeks i finally can give ya an update. After all is said and done the rebuild was a great success thanks to all the help eclark5483. after rebuilding the motor i found the cause for the wicked vibration the bearing in the tranmission cover was allowing in and out movement...

That should improve after breaking it in. Gotta let the new rings seat a bit and that extra oil kind of throws off your fuel mix a bit. Wait till the break in is finished and you are back to a regular mix of just pump and gas and then see where you are at. Awesome that was kind of what i thought bu...

Hi All, So i Finally got my honda Rings this weekend (after waiting 3 weeks)..I cleaned up the cylinder which came out great all the rough edges on the exhaust port was just carbon build up it cleaned up real nice...I will add pictures tomorow i Left my phone at home.Once i got everything back togth...

That would be very nice just let me know wich one you think is the best and how much and I will do it..

and lastly other than premixed 80:1 for the first 2 tanks..

How does one properly break in new rings and piston??
