ok so i just went ahead and drilled out the bowl now i have got it to start but have to go wot to get it to run it will run on the stand but if you try to ride it boges down and quits running it will refire but stalls out again electric start not working so cant get a compression test on it it has 7...

dont have ultra sonic cleaner and ive soak it more then once
