Good job. Those tiny passages can be tough to clean but they're very important.

Ok on the premix. Make sure you have purged any air that may be in the pump/hoses. Think there was a link abt oil inj sys on that page I posted.

The premix is also good for the metal fuel tank since they are prone to rusting, especially if left unattended for long periods. My tank was in rough shape due to rust. Your 3 (corrected) symptoms seem normal for eng OFF. Maybe clutch shoes are stuck in retracted position or RPMs weren't high enough to make clutch engage? Clutch won't engage until RPMs are kinda high.
