hey spree why not build a top tank chopper, be original!

this is for a honda elite-s engine and you do have to shave the piston skirts to clear the crank lobes.

if you pull the hose off of the oil tank there will be a screen, take it out & clean it you will notice the flow improve, a cht temp guage works great & vt cycles sells them and if you change the gear ratio the engine revs lower at higher speeds so it will lower the temp.

you need at least 100 psi for these engines to run.

7 to 1 & 8 to 1 probably made in taiwan

vt cycles gas a cht gauge and hi-speed cooling fans, keep the fan shroud on you can also use header wrap tape on the exhaust to keep heat away from engine, you can use the stock airbox just open up plugged side on the air intake.

oil pump works off the crank gear, fuel valve works off intake vaccuum.

nice pipe, looks just a SEF pipe, Japan parts are getting rare.

if you guys don't want to bother with milling cases a mini stroker 44.4mm crank with a polini 72cc kit=76cc & 7 to 1 gears and its 75+mph real fast, torque is felt throughout the powerband.
