go with an nu-50 honda express, add a top tube for the tank extend the forks to 5 ft with a dio motor, less welding and its a legal moped, we have one running here and its hot!

Most batteries will last 2-3yrs. if you get a new one buy a trickle charger, this will charge it slow instead of a fast charge which most moped shops do, it only melts the lead plates together.

Just fired up the aero from * after letting sit for a month, first kick fires it up-no choke, before the msd coil it would take at least 15 kicks.

I use a cht temp guage, hot lead mounted on the exhaust port on the the pipe, same temp as on the cylinder, i need to wrap the pipe with some header tape, they claim it it keeps the heat off the engine.

I have a brand new malossi wild lion pipe and its a bolt on, you can also use the centerstand, they also make bore kits for the express, i even have an original Japan zx dio pipe for sale, these items are for sale for the right price!

BTW the 8.5mm coil wire is sold seperate and is custom cut according to placement, don't let it touch the frame.

if you have the stock engine go with the malossi pipe. if you don't want to cut your panels go to a taller shock and get a kick stand, screw the cdi and go with the msd coil, also for that engine malossi did make an 8 to 1 gear ratio, without it you will just fry the engine.
