its just a term i use, i take a 52mm balanced sef crank and have the outer lobes milled so you don't have to take to much meat off the cases.

you do have to cut the piston skirts to clear the crank lobes on the 44.7mm

my stator just went out, now i know just how long they last also my regi says 96 but my bill of sale is 94 so is the vin, i think the dmv screwed up.

what you guys fail to understand is that you need to transfer power to speed, so a bore kit is useless unless you change the gear ratio. then you dial in the trans to the way you ride thats why i own 4 scoots from bone stock to extreme so i have it all covered.

try using 3-7gr and 3-9gr weights this way you get bottom & top end, i also find that factory honda weights "aero" combined with malossi last the longest before getting flat spots and i also file down the ramp edges.
