Hey I took "the beast" apart(Just minor things) and put it all back together and now it doesn't make the sound. So mabey something was on wrong or somethin' but anyway sorry for botherin' you guys.

I am planning on buying a new scoot. The honda scoots were too expensive so I went to yamaha. They have two scoots one is a 2 stroke 2005 yamaha zuma and the other us a 4 sroke 2006 yamaha vino classic. They are both listed as $1,849 and I was wondering which would be better.

ummm it sounds weak and crappy untill it kicks in at 13(or so) then she sound pretty good exept for a minor rattling noise and she screams full thottle(i think it sounds cool though, when i give it full throttle)

I am a freaking idiot. The piece I was talking about goes by the bystarter and throttle line. Sorry, I am thinking of just selling the stupid thing.

I will put the gasket on. I finally got the float set up good yesterday and gas doesn't leak out of the overflow. Hopefully I can set the float up correctly again. Thanks hondaman

Is the gasket a piece that is about an inch long and curves with two little holes on each end? If so I have that piece somewhere. Sorry about the dumb question.

the float valve is in correctly. I have no clue on what a carb gasket is.

i took my carb apart, cleaned it, put it back together and started my 'ped and it started pouring gas, so knowing the float was set up wrong i took it apart again just to find out I have no clue how to make keep the float stay in the spot where i want it to be at. Actually the spark plug is fine. Under one of the links in the forum I found the color of my spark plug and it said it was "good" so that is good

can do. while i do that I will also see if i can see through the idle something(i forgot what it is called) with a mag light to see if that is blocked.
