okay, im pretty sure the battery isnt dead, but it wont start unless i hook the battery up to a jump pack. soooooo i started it up with the jump pack to let the spree charge up the battery with the alternator for about 5 minutes, and the turd still wouldnt start by itself. the only thing that could go wrong with the styrofoam it that excess gasoline from the carb could melt the foam... but if you dont have that problem it doesnt matter

alright man thanks for the oil advice ill have to do that tomorrow. could not having the proper air filter be a reason why its only topping out at 22mph? i mean im a big guy but still ...

temporary air filter made out of a rag put around the carbs air intake. had to cut a small slit so more air can get through. Possibly bad for the engine, but it works for now until i get the right filter in a few days. YES, ITS GHETTO.
