I have never heard of an oil pump to seize, and they will last for 50,000mi. even with a 76cc mini stroker crank, if your engine smokes real bad on a cold start then its time to change the pump this is because the internal seal inside the shaft is worn so it leaks oil into the case overnite untill ...

decided to go for the larger carbs and better pipes for my builds. they willnot be the same. the 2000 will run the 28 mm carb and PG Long. 7G rollers,yellow contra spring,and green cluthc springs.
