Eh, mine misfires for a bit when I first startup cold. I think it's just because the bystarter is richening it a bit too much. Once I've warmed it up I'm good to go.

A replacement crank shouldn't be much, and it'll be a new crank with new big end bearings and a new conn rod. I think I paid $120ish for mine. With all the bearings and the seals I rebuilt my bottom end for about 200 bucks. You might be better off doing that than bothering with the disassembly/reass...

ANything's possible with the right amount of money and fabrication skills. For example: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2297467 But if you have to ask if something like this is possible, I'm going to bet that you don't have the ability to pull it off. Not only that, but it wouldn't make for ...

BTW, you keep using the word invest. It's not an investment, you will not see any gain or even a significant percentage on return when you try to sell it. You're also posting about for all practical purposes, useless mods. If you want to do custom aesthetic modifications, you would be better off not...

Everything's running fine, and has been for 600 miles now. I top out at 44 on flatland with no wind, 40 with a crosswind, 38 up hills. I'm 6'3" 230 lbs so I can't complain. I'm premixing, I had other issues causign the fouling, it's all sorted out. I'm not using the 28mm carb mainly because I d...

I would love to see the day you actually do just ONE of the things you've made a thread about on here. Anyone can talk, and the questions you're asking and ideas you're tossing out there are not things that would be asked by a person with the ability to actually bring those ideas into reality.
