clean your carb and air filter if that isnt it you need new ring what is you compression ?

if the idiel screw isnt doing any thing then clean out you carb like you needle and seat area

will make your belt slip you will get new ones with the kit and toss those ones

i got seven thousand miles on my elite never replaced the belt and i drive it like i stole it

i got a high speed variator and it has no grease you just gotta get new rollers a bit more and removing the grease like dac said will help

notin will break trust mopedman some times an impact isnt strong enough just do what he said and put you park brake on.
