Can anyone suggest a good after market muffler that is reasonably priced (~$50.00) for a 1983 Urban Express?

Hey guys thanks for looking at this. My friend has a honda iowa which looks like an urban express but he has no head for it and they are hard to find. with the oil pump on? 1 shot being 1.5oz

So i have a Spree with the bbk and the oil pump, and ive been putting like 2 shots in every gallon for premix, is this good?

I would like to say for the record i feel like a moped mechanical god. My moped didnt start this fall, replaced the oil pump, got a new bbk, and redid all the electrical and it started on the first time. I got my BBK for 70 but then once it arrived it says that you need to get your head milled... another 20. Which is weird because the diagram shows a 44mm head and when i aligned it up with the one i currently have they matched. Does anyone know if you have to get your head milled?

Oh ya that sounds like what i have. This ped has been sitting for about 6 months so you could guess how much oil i have had to deal with today. Is there anything else i should do to the moped since its been takin down to the nitty gritty? New pistol rings or something?

I must also say that i took the engine pretty much apart and go to the piston, the rings looked fine and everything looked intact even the pump itself didnt show signs of it being broken, but my guess is that a bad oil pump usally means that its something internal you cant really see.

Go back to the old spark plug and try that. What i did to start mine this spring was i took off the kick start cover and connected a power drill to the major gear there and spun it around till it started to run.
