i just called the sec of state in Holland Michigan to register my moped and they said that i have to have some number off of the moped does anyone know what that would be? Thanks in advance

what kind of oil do you put in to a 86 spree? my oil light keeps on comeing on and i want to change the oil but i have no idea what kind they take. Thanks in advance
