Re: Easiest AF16 swap

Leave the '87 engine mount alone.

Just replace the AF16 case bushings with a set of AF05 case bushings. Use the AF05 engine bolt. Done.

Re: PICS / my Aero 50 on steroids / SA50 Corsa mini-stroker

There was a girl who rode one of those when I was still in school (U of H) a long time ago. White with Pink & Turquoise I think?.... The only reason I remember is because it had an expansion chamber pipe on it, which I thought was pretty cool. I'm sure that whatever you build, it will be one of ...

Re: N4S Motorwerx "Imported Insanity" Drag Bike

I remember seeing that post on forumshawaii last year/2 years ago(?) where GB posted his timeslip. I don't remember the exact ET/MPH, but I know that it was in that area. It looked like an HRP timeslip to me. I went on the site to look for it, but the thread is gone now. Looks like all of the old po...

Re: N4S Motorwerx "Imported Insanity" Drag Bike

Hey tru72-

I'll be flying over there with some friends to check out the Memorial Day drags. Wish I could be racing instead of just watching, but oh well....

Will you be racing at that event?

Re: Anybody had problems with SPI-parts.com

I had the same thing happen to me when I ordered some parts from Summit racing. I ordered a set of ARP head studs (on back order at the time), as well as some other parts. To avoid any unnecessary shipping charges, I told my sales rep not to send anything until EVERYTHING was in and ready to be ship...

Re: Taiwan 66cc kit installed

RPM = I've never had a tach (on a moped) before so I have no clue. At 45+ MPH though, the engine was definitely winding out with the 10:1... Upon disassembly, I noticed that I had installed a hotter plug by accident (B7) instead of the B8 that I normally would have used. Ugh. I got this setup ...
