Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

Totally random thought, but couldn't you cut off the the back part of the elite (the part with the gears and stuff) and weld it onto a spree, alowing for gears on a Spree? If there the same size, or close, i dont see why this wouldnt work.

My carb fell off...could the carb lossening, giving more air, have anything to do with it?

I was ridding home the other night, then all of a sudden my engines RPM's when really high and i got going 50km/h, then RPM's whent back to normal, and speed whent back down between 40-45....any idea whats up?

I could have gotten 3 of those before i got my spree....one was perfect, one needed a little work to get running, and one parts bike....came with boxes full of parts to pretty much have all three running like new.....$800

Thank you for making this thread... Just cause its a moped doesnt mean it needs a moped engine in it. BTW...CR85=FAST, easy 110km/h, swap it into a light weight Spree...just think of the posibilities...(just dont get caught by the police lol)
