Sorry but in drag racing weight will effect mph as well as ET.

My question wasn't about being too hot due to improper tuning. I assume proper tuning. It was more about exceeding the stock cooling system that was designed to cool a mild 50cc engine.

Do you ride this on the street? If so how are your engine temps? What did you do to get the air shroud to fit? any other cooling mods? I would like to build one but have been told that air cooled strokers run too hot.

ive used them a couple times. never had a problem. cheapest oem parts i can find.

what do you have the needle set at? Stock pilot jet and needle setting too lean for your setup just one of many things it could be.
