Someone likely gave you a title to another bike. If you can't find the vin it is on the down tube behind the front fender. X2, but a title screw up is possible. When I received an Illinois title with an incorrect VIN, I just had to bring the bike down to the office for an official to inspect the VI...

4 strokes are boring and have way to many parts. That's an ignorant statement. I challenge you to ride a yz or crf450 and say its boring. They have a timing chain/cam/valves. That's it.
