Hi O-Wise ones,
Are all 94-01 Elite 50 exhausts compatable? The reason I ask is a fellow forum member is thinging of buying an exhaust I have for a 98 and wants to know if it will fit an 01 SR50 AF16E
Thanks in advance!

Vacuum leak?
Hi Guys,
So I replaced the petcock and fuel/vacuum lines. My Spree is getting gas, spark and has decent compression. It still won't start, do you think it could be a vacuum leak? The starter runs, but the engine will not even pop.
Thanks for your advice.

fuel line size
Hi Guys, So I'm pretty sure my spree isn't getting fuel. I've got spark and decent compression but it still doesn't run. I've tried sucking on the fuel line, no fuel comes through. I have the old woven lines and I'm wondering if that is the cause. What size ID and OD are these? It looks like an 1/8&...

Re: probably a dumb question....
well, looks like there is good spark. Is it possible that the throttle cable not being seated correctly is the cause of this? Like it is flooding the engine? I'm just wondering because the throttle does not return to the idle position when I let go.

probably a dumb question....
Would a kinked or installed incorrectly thottle cable be the cause of a non running spree? The reason I ask is I swapped a motor over to a nicer (in much better shape) frame but I can't get it running again. The only thing I did not swap over is the wiring harness. Could that be the cause? :( The st...

Re: Spree Tire Question
Hey GIJoeBob,
I just bought a 2.75 (for the rear) and a 2.5 (for the front) of that same tire and from motorcyclesuperstore. With tubes it came to about $50. I'll let you know if these are any good.

throttle cable sticking
setting up my spree and thought I would install a throttle cable that is in better shape. Trouble is, now when it's all hooked up it binds and the throttle does not return. When it is not hooked up the the carb, it seems to work just fine. Would you guess it's not seating properly? It wouldn't be th...
