i have been reading on here on how to get a spree to move a little faster,i went and bought a real long drill bit(3/8"diameter if i remember exactly) and drilled through my muffler end hole all the way through and its a lot louder now and kind of annoying sounding but i see no performance gain,...

im not a spree expert but had them all,they made them 1984-1987,1987 had different more aerodynamic turn signals and instrument cluster,they seemed like they had better take off and acceleration and went 35 mph..1985 and 1986 usually would do 32 miles per hour.1987 had a glovebox but so did my 1986 ...

i have a 1986 honda spree bone stock,it does 31 mph.what easy mods can i do to get more top speed.i remember my buddy had a white 1984 that would do 40mph.id be happy with anything over 35mph to halfway keep up with traffic,any suggestions would be appreciated.
