I'm not well versed with Elite mods; but it would be something along the lines of 82cc kit from vtcycles, with intake, carb, exhaust, and roller weights/clutch springs setup for a 175 lb guy. Decent tires, windshield, and tuned properly with a wideband O2 sensor. Stock or -10 mpg seems a little ridi...

I searched all over this site and I couldn't find anything about the kinds of gas mileage you 60+ mph guys are getting.
