Re: Shop flat rate books
I allready looked, all our material only covers stuff made for the american market. No Dio, I've searched high and low for it. I've even had request sent in for info straight from Honda and they told me that information was unavaliable for my market.

More top Spreed wanted
Ok, i'm tired of the sub 40 mph top speed my elite acheives. What are some easy to apply upgrades I can do to up my top speed. Price? Any Negatives? Not looking to spend a whole crap load of money and not looking forcrotch rocket speed. Maybe 50mph if that's acheivable without pulling the head.

Re: Shop flat rate books
Since i work at a Honda dealership I could get you some numbers if you tell me what you need em for. We got these big books that tell us how long each job takes. Helm is the best place. They are the ones who produce all our owner manuals, shop manuals, flate rate, and ID books.

Re: New 110 Elite's in
I actually only cleaned my carb once since ownership. Only did it when i replaced belt and thought it couldn't hurt. But anyway. Sorry no pics yet, but they look pretty wicked. Register 70, but wish Honda hadn't chose the cheep chinese looking gauge cluster.

Re: Silicon remover? Before white wall paint.
Googled it and quite a few say "use a silicone remover (spirit wipe). I'd say use mineral spirits or laquer thinner, that might work.

Re: Replacing oil pump o-ring
Okay, so what do i need to take apart to get to this seal. I know you said pulling aprt the pumo is necessary. So i can't just remov from engine and find it, right? I'd hate to take apart this thing and b stuck without a scoot for a longer time then expected.

Replacing oil pump o-ring
As soon as my new o-ring gets in i intend to install it. But i have one question. If I pull the pump without yanking off any inlet or outlet lines off, I should be good to go without bleeding right? The reason for o-ring replacement is the huge smoke show i get after my scoot sits overnight. The lon...
