stock mine did 35 and 38 downhill
i tor it down replaced top end
put on keli variator
and cleaned exhaust so im hoping to get up to 45

was doing 35 on flats before tear down.

take a grinder (hand cutter) chop header off about half way rotate it heat it up and bend it back a bit weld back together and presto we have exhaust.

i have all necessary tools if you want to talk about that ill give it a try.

if it has not run in that long you should definitively clean the carb. its really not that much work. steps: unbolt from bike so can take to open working area take bottom part(bowl off) if any gunk clean with carb cleaner(napa) and Q tips(good for tight spaces) EVERY HOLE IN THE CARB DOES SOMETHING ...

i wish i could have went my elite is apart in my shed have to put new top end in it didnt have time today
