just bought a keli hi speed variator new stock piston new stock piston rings new piston clips new piston rod new spark plug (bpr4) cleaned carb thoroughly cleaned cylinder head clean exhaust cleaned exhaust port it is a 1987 Honda elite s 50 was topping out around 33 on flats about what will me top ...

yeah something to do but i can take you up an that offer if youd like i got an 87 elite s frame with like 2300 miles on it and most parts except for ignition and engine mount and u still want that carb?

yeah with the cdi you can advance the timing with the plug might do because my compression was * up so had to run hot but fixed that and uni yeah i just thought it looked cool so don't really care

like i said ran no prob before teardown

getting clutch bell off?

any ideas ive tried everything even stick half inch thick steel rod through rim and bent the rod? i would like some help.

and where can i get an oil plug for the pump?

the censors must have been screwing with something cuz they were f ed up. had to hold right before breaks engaged or else backfired and sputtered .

also guy who had b4 me didn't put the right plug in didn't have the right head on the plug so cap was slippen off

maybe carb jet needs cleaning.
my elite was backfiring and bogging at certain rpm it turned out that it needed new brake light censors and a diff plug

ouch that sucks glad your alright though and yeah i wear helmet and gloves when cold otherwise only helmet no need to dress up usualy do a few laps around the block or go fisshing down the road .

and don't get lost without plate on scoot cops wont like you very much. scooter haters

screw watching out for ice ride with feet down on the ice and yes dont ride without glove under 45 degrees bad idea and icy roads good idea
