I have a stock spree, slow starts are normal but barely noticeable. Exactly like starting a diesel in 2nd gear and not raising the rpms correctly. It still goes, but doesn't pop. alot of guys get 25 mph, mine isn't an iowa model and goes at least 33. of course I can't find a long enough street aroun...

Shops are notorious for not delivering on your intent. If you ever get the energy I suggest just taking the carb apart yourself and cleaning it with guitar strings and carb cleaner. There's something very strange about the difference in spree speeds. I have never been on a long enough stretch to get mine all the way up to speed.
