+1 for VT Steve - was great to talk with on the phone a couple of times a few weeks ago when I was trying to figure out what I needed and even with the massive number of emails he gets, he responds to every one even though it sometimes takes him till 3am to get through all of them!

I recognize that I have a problem (usually the first step) - it's just that I'm completely unwilling to change in any way my behavior related to it!

Beyond the wheel and tire, what else would be needed to install the Met rear wheel on my Elite?

Looking at some of the posts that seem to be related to this question, I don't think it is without transplanting at least forks & brakes.

Particular year(s) of Met rear wheel I should look for or avoid?
