Throttle options?

Im converting the head set to use regular handlebars, and I want to ditch the micro mini throttle unit, so I can use standard length grips. What are some options? I was thinking an aftermarket throttle for the small crf's might work. Input?

What did I just buy?

So, I was under the assumption that the pre '94 elites had the af05e. Well I just went and looked at a '93 tonight that had a vin 3H1AF16*******, so I assumed this meant it has an af16 engine, but not sure. It also has a sticker under the seat that says sa50p. So is this a typical '93 elite SR? Or d...

Did some looking in the EBC catalog and the ch80's from shoes take ebc 303 pads, which I belive are the same ones you'd use for the dio drum wheels on ebay. So, its may be possible to use those wheels without swapping forks. hmmm....

I would probably keep the stock motor in untill I got a SA built. I wanna break the 60 barrier and SA parts are plentiful. The parts availability for the rest of the scoot is the only thing thats stopping me from buying it. I have to decide tomorrow.

New guy with questions

Hello all, new to the forum. Ive been looking for a dio for a while now with no success. I did however find a nice white and blue '86 aero for $500. I got to thinking. Why not swap a dio motor, fork, and wheels into the aero. Im pretty sure thats all do-able from what Ive searched and read. My quest...
