Re: C70 passport chopper project
Keep up the good work man, good to see some one else here that has some cub/passport love. Im hoping I can finally get some work done on mine this winter, mine should come out kinda similar, but will have a 125cc lifan, and stretched swing arm and fender. Debating on whether or not to keep the legsh...

Re: this is spree?
I think that is a euro melody deluxe, or the first tact... similar to a us 83 84 Aero engine wise I believe... pull off the trans cover and see if there is a fixed front pulley, and check the gear cover for an engine code. Usually af something or other.

Re: Aero ct intake
So I am not to sure about the overall quality of the piece I purchased, as it broke tonight after reassembly... On the plus side I think I found the problem, I had a tear in the base gasket. I also finished making my CT adapter out of an old intake I had, chopped off the base and cut the appropriate...

The big problem that I thought of with it is how you fill it...Mystic wrote:That is a thought turtle13...I need to search my yard for some suitable containers to convert into fuel tanks

Re: Floorboard gastank on a Spree
You could always take 2 cylindrical tanks and clamp them on either side of the frame under the floor panels, I have thought about this in the past when I have had a leaking tank on the Aero. I think there is something to this idea as it would keep the center of gravity lower and forward, keeping bal...

Re: Found A Scooter Junk Yard In Vegas
6 is dead on, I've got that headset myself. gotta fix the mounting points before I can mount it. If you find any crack free tact panels (the rear one's that are cut high like an Eve smile) let me know, I have been scouring ebay forever for some. Sorry I called the junk yard dude and asked he said t...

Re: Found A Scooter Junk Yard In Vegas

Hello sum-azn They are not rusting away as much as you would think Nevada has a very dry climate ,but the heat really messes up plastic and rubber . I was so blown away at how much stuff the dude had every...

Drowsports carries the oko cable choke conversion as well as treatland.tv recently added it to their inventory as well.zuphilius wrote:Thanks for the input Bear.
By the way, you mentioned to remind you to let me know where to get a remote choke cable for the OKO?

Re: New to Forum-OKO setup question
Thanks Bear, I'll plug it, then check the performance difference if any. I have no experience with these carbs and appreciate all the help from you more seasoned tuners. I'll let you know asap. Also will check jetting again. It took longer to warm the engine up this morning. Looked at plug again to...

Re: SE50P Variator Purchase
Keep in mind that you will:
A: have to use your stock drive boss from your stock variator for it to fit.
B: you will very possibly have to dremel out the casework by the starter to allow it to fit. Not hard, just takes a little time and patience.

Re: more OKO weirdness
Thats what I was thinking. I may have to order one when I order some quick release fuel fittings and #crosses fingers# a trailtech vapor. On a related but unrelated note, any one ever notice how on the quick access bowl screw leaves room to loosen the pilot jet but not enough to remove it, what a te...

Re: New to Forum-OKO setup question
Unfortunatly I probably wont get a chance to tear it all down for a couple weeks or so... Been super busy recently and no signs of slowing down any time soon. I want to try to find one of those adjustable pod filters so I can adjust airflow, im just not sure I can cram them under the aeros panels.
