has anybody seen the 19mm Oko blk blk anywhere else but treats? they still haven't gotten it back in stock and I am dying to get the Aero back together now that I have the malossi primary gears as to not fry the bore.

Re: I got a 1985 Honda Aero 50 What the * do I do now???
if you start will navel jelly and a handfull of nuts, then shake, it will knock loose rust and some of that lovely varnish you got in there. then remove all naval jelly and nuts. rinse with water, then shake around some acetone in there to remove all the stuff left behind, as well as the remaining m...

Pick your self up a kicker cover so you can kick start it. You will need a kicker cover with all the guts and the corresponding drive face.

If you give a gentle suck on the vacuum side of the petcock, gas will flow. No need to siphon, but will be a little racing on your lungs...

Re: Aero ct intake
ok so after an email from benji at treats (on the 4th of july none the less...) i have decided on my set up. Hopefully this will not over carb the set up, and keep eveything under the side skirts while doing so. Treats isn't going to have the carb in for about another week, so i have a little time t...

Re: Aero ct intake
OK so its looking like one of the only OKOs I can find to order that is the blk blk from treats. But of course they are out of stock... any one know who stocks non huge carbs? Or would a 21 mm as such be fine? http://www.treatland.tv/OKO-21mm-carburetor-metal-float-bowl-p/oko-21mm-carburetor-metal.h...

Re: Aero ct intake
Well I did some rudimentary measuring on my spare block. And it does seem to match up. Granted I was measuring with a fabric measuring tape... But it was only of by a mm or half...

Re: Aero ct intake
Considering this will be on a 68cc bore I wasn't planning on going with a Carb over 19. I really don't see the need over Carb this thing and loose all low end response. Especially considering this is going to be pushed by the malossi gears, its gonna need everything its got off the line.

Re: Aero ct intake
http://www.treatland.tv/OKO-26mm-intake-honda-DIO-p/oko-26mm-intake-dio.htm Is this the same idea, just made by OKO? Or is this made to replace the top half on the CT? Bolt spacing looks about right for the block pattern... may just have to go this way. Unless I can snag a set of euro vision panels...

Re: Aero ct intake
So do I have no other option other than: using stock intake/Carb (little to no actual tunabilty) stock intake with arreche or oko (any other aftermarket for that matter) with adapter CT intake, but I gotta loose the side panel... Or last and least likely, convince my wife to let me buy a welder, and...

Re: Aero ct intake
To high for a 68cc malossi? To me, this intake looks more restrictive than the OKO CT intake. Or should I just say screw it and just run a ported stock intake with an intake adapter allowing it to match up with an aftermarket Carb and call it a day...
