Re: Geely 50QT-21

is the fuel valve connected to the gas tank? i'm kind of lost with your description. a picture would be nice.

Re: Newb and a se50...
it's an 87, it might very well have 10:1 gears. 9.8:1 wouldn't be much of an improvement...

Re: my new ride
it is tiny, lol. it's a 110cc with a 4 speed manual clutch, topping out at 60 in a full tuck and tail wind. tis my daily driver. originally made to be a 70cc back in it's day, but it has the same bolt pattern as a lifan to easily swap in a 150cc. size comparison: http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-...

Re: 45mph Build in Texas
your enthusiasm is great, but in all honesty, you probably should have gone with the zuma. it would have done 45 stock, and has more aftermarket options.... but good luck!

Re: CRF50 carb
From wheelmans experience I could co with a ct intake and possibly get more power, but will probably run into clearance issues with the body panels... but I would have a much larger selection of carbs available... if you don't mind ordering from europe, 50cc.eu (under the name of "vision"...
