Re: how to make a honda aero faster
How to make an aero go faster: 1. performance variator and lighter weights, start with 8.5gs 2. Larger rear wheel will give you a slight gear increase. A 3.5-10 tire might fit, or a 90/90-10 tire. Re: Getting ready for paint
So I want to do the scooter up good. I have a quart of Rustoleum Hunter Green I bought for a quad and never used it as well as Krylon chrome paint. Re: Front shock rates
Alright, i too am interested in adding a little stiffness to my front shocks. i did learn that moving to an elite spring will add about 5mm of length to the spring and perhaps a little stiffer front end. perhaps. but i am having trouble disassembling the shock itself. I understand the principle, but...

Re: sa50p engine problems
wet wire harness. you might have to use a wire brush and brush off the rust that formed on the magneto pickup. the mag will get rusty quick if water gets on there and sits.make sure the airfilter gets dried good too. Is it a good idea to put some primer on the fly wheel? Mine was crazy rusty when i...

Re: Starts cold, runs, hard time restarting when warm.
Also, when you are trying the warm start, have you tried giving it just a little throttle. My 1985 requires that in the warmer weather or when it has been run hard and I do a short shut off time. Can you elaborate on the reason behind this? I feel i have the same problem with my scooter. Why is it ...
