Re: Malossi crank part# help

Easiest way would be to look at the splines that the drive face sits on. I looks like Malossi makes two different cranks one for af18 small spline and one for af16 large spline. If you have a small spine I would convert it to a large spline. The mag side of the crank should be the same but you will ...

Re: Malossi crank part# help

Is it a small crank Af18? If so you will need special crank seals, the bearing should be 20x52x12.

Re: Honda Dio 2 Buildout Help - AF18E

I agree, skip the mini stroke crank. If you want to do a crank the Malossi is a great and d*** near Indestructible, I will run an arrow of the PG for performance. The only downside to the arrow is that it’s a bit loud compared to the PG.

Re: af16 build jetting question

I would guess 112-116 main and 45 slow. That is what I ran on my mini stroker.

Re: Honda elite ruck front rim????

The rear should work but if the front is the same width as the rear it will not fit. The ruckus triple tree is about 1.25" wider than the Metro. I would look into getting a metro front wheel.

I am going to be tuning an AF16 mini stroker soon for one of my elites.
Is that the one with the new NCY front brake kit?
You are correct.
