90cc curiosity
So Ive been playing with this 90cc kit and a 28mm OKO carb. I was wondering what is a safe rpm to rev up to? On a nice day itll hit 10k and stay around 270 degrees on my gauge. How much heat transfer does the spark plug sensor not read?

90cc jetting
Looking at getting a jet kit with the 28mm oko carb but I dont know what range to get for this size motor. Im running a 126 main jet in my 24mm so I can get a pack of jets sized 140-150 or 150-160 or 160-170. Im thinking the 2 larger packs for the 28mm. Am I correct or should I shoot for the smaller...

I connected the tach onto the trigger wire for the coil. I installed a new crimp end over both wires. I will take a shot of the vari when I get a chance this evening.

Fan Cases
What fan cases should I look into for fitting a 90cc kit. The right fan shroud fits over the fan but I will have to notch out the spark plug, the left case is far from fitting. Where could I find cases to accommodate the size issue?

Re: aftermarket handlebars on an elite
I used a 25mm bmx stem. I used a stem extension and cross drilled 2 small bolts through the neck for a more secure mount. Dont have to cut any plastic but had to make custom cables and I eliminated a bunch of the electrical.

So check my battery and started going through the whole system. Battery is sitting at 16.5 volts. Could that be my problem? What would cause that?

No spark after ride
So I swapped a bmx stem and handle bars on my 88 elite last night. Test rode like a champ and when I got back onto my lift it wouldnt start again. I checked the coil and cdi. Not the problems. So does anyone have the tests for the alternator and stator? That would be my only other guess. It makes co...

Hello, Its an 87 elite se50p completely stock. Clean air filter installed. I cleaned the carb and changed the spark plug the other night. The scoot will start up and run higher in rpms but once it warms up it returns to idle and then dies out shortly after reaching idle. If I give it some gas at the...
