Made a mount for my gps, it's a piece of sheet metal I bent and drilled a hole to mount off the side mirror.

Re: MYSTERY BEARINGS in Aero 125
Hi, Did you ever figure out the needle bearing part number or did your local bearing shop find something suitable? I got the part number off mine and ordered one from ebay. Re: Honda Aero nb50 to nh125 Swap Project
This build turned out very well, congrats! I recently acquired another Aero 50 with low compressing and had a similar swap idea, as I have a spare Aero 125 chassis and motor sitting in storage, I need something to keep up better with my partner's Aero 125 :thumbwink: . How do you like the performan...

Re: Honda Aero nb50 to nh125 Swap Project
The other side panel has the storage trunk that I cut the back side out and sunk it in, but then my new shocks had to be spaced out so I ended up just cutting square out for clearance. Also trimmed the bottom edge of the panel because the exhaust header was touching it. http://i766.photobucket.com/a...

Re: Honda Aero nb50 to nh125 Swap Project
The side panel didn't really fit well after the intake and carb upgrade. I was planning on bulging the panel out with a heat gun but there was already a crack so it wasn't doable. I just cut it out around the carb and put some edge trim on, at least I can reach the choke easily. http://i766.photobuc...

Re: Honda Aero nb50 to nh125 Swap Project
I had to sand the mounting flange on the ct manifold I bought last year, I plan on doing the same on this new one. Also planning on sanding the reed cage flanges on this one, I didn't do that on my last manifold and I suspect it leaked between there even with grey silicone. Here's a pic of my last i...
