i think the calculator assumes you are raising the top of the exhaust port and not cutting down the top of the cylinder.

Then cut the top for correct size of metro stem and install bearing cup. yup that is the stock corsa aluminum base gasket.

lines up really nice with stock af16 but DD50 needs to be opened up a bit to line up perfect.

small side case ugly flow so needs to be cleaned up also

and then cut again

next step match case to corsa cylinder.

dd50 needs more work than AF16, but can still make nice flow.
