When changing the motor intake and carb does the crankcase need to be opened up to finish the travel of air flow. If it would provide a better end effect if the case is ported more how much is too m...

Re: BBk that runs but doesnt ride
So we installed a new kit (the old one was damaged) and we have the same problem. It will run and makes 120-125psi. But it loses psi quite steadily. We did a leak down test at tdc and it had a lot of air exiting the exhaust pipe. I believe its the piston rings, but my friend is guessing exhaust gask...

Re: 1987 Se50 Euro counterpart
So I did some looking around and I was wondering If I could get some input on if this kit will be right for me.
http://www.sip-scootershop.com/EN/Produ ... 68cc+.aspx
My biggest concern is that the kit will work with the stroke being a little bit off.

BBk Install
When installing the bbk what type of oil "lubricant" does everyone use on the wrist pin and cylinder wall? Im guessing the honda 2 cycle oil but I would like just a little more lube and heat resistance when its first together.

Re: 87 Se goody build
Sorry for not clarifying the plug. Im running a 95jet on my 87 currently with a aftermarket intake. But im going to wait and see what happens with the kit. It does really well stock(w/ intake) than it did before. I'm hoping to be out of the higher 40mph range and into the 50mph area. If your not run...
