Re: Honda Squash Carburetor Setup

Re: Performance upgrades on Aero 50 conpared to Aero 80

There are some differences sir. The Aero 80 does not have the same support in aftermarket speed parts as the Aero and Elite 50's. You won't find everything as straight forward as the 50's. I can't be much help explaining the difference, I don't have Aero 80 experience. You can reach out to member &...

Re: Aero NH80 Float filling with gas

So what year is it by the way? Did you try to find the model designation on the flange of the carburetor?Keihin PB.jpg I have this exact carburettor on my NH80 here in Australia. If you are referring to the carb pictured, that is NOT the correct carb for NH80...the OEM carb has a completely differe...

Your goal is not easy with 50cc's.

From your statement,..logic tells me that the float bowl vent is blocked, creating a vacuum that the fuel cannot overcome.

85 Gyro S carburetor issue

Have owned and ridden my Gyro S for 13 years. Last time the carb was cleaned has been several years. The issue has been present the entire life of this bike in my ownership. When approaching top speed, it does well on the flat, but going downhill, the engine starts to 4-stroke, and lose power. Once...

You've got some serious damage, friend.
Those splines and threads look roached to me.
I know that I'd never be able to save them,

You can access the Spree service manual and owners manual in the board index.
Wiring schematics will be included, possibly in both manuals.

I've seen a few "mopeds" (not scooters) that have been converted.
Makes sense to start with a bike that already has a swingarm instead of an engine case that serves as swingarm.
Much less to engineer.

Re: Carb upgrade?

Is there an easy way to tell if the exhaust is a "P" or "non-P" version? Generally, a restricted pipe will have a smaller diameter head-pipe that maintains the same diameter the entire length, whereas the "hotter" pipe will have a stepped diameter from head to muffler....
